• Prices (€-euro) refers the rent of the whole apartment per day
• Breakfast is included
• Rates and terms of cancellations are intended as followed:
• cancellation is able untill one day before of the expected day of arrival;

• Deposit is requested for confirmation and it is worth one night price;
• 10% of discount for weekly bookings
• 50% of discount for monthly bookings
• Final cleaning service €50 (only for less than 7 days reservation)
• Tourist tax € 6/day for person (up to 10 days max) (free for children younger than 10yrs old
