Remarks

• Prices (€-euro) refers the rent of the whole apartment per day in STANDARD rate
• Breakfast is included
• Rates and terms of cancellations are intended as followed:

- STARDARD: cancellation is able untill the 14th day out of the arrival day;

- FLEX 1: (STANDARD rate +15%) cancellation is able until 1 day out of the arrival day;

• Deposit is worth for one night price and it will be kept in case of cancellations out of terms mentioned;
• 10% of discount for weekly bookings
• 35% of discount for monthly bookings
• Final cleaning service €50 (only for less than 7 days reservation)
• Tourist tax € 6/day for person (up to 10 days max) (free for children younger than 10yrs old
